
Seeking a Support Technician for a full-time/perm position located in Frisco Colorado. Must live within a +/- 45 minute drive of Frisco Colorado.
• Provide Tier 2 phone support to subscribers.
• Provide Tier 3 truck-roll support to subscribers as directed through the trouble-ticketing system.
• Configure, replace, reconfigure, and troubleshoot network and IT equipment in Company facilities and on customer premises.
• Conduct preventive maintenance evaluations on installations.
• Troubleshoot & improve previously installed customer systems.
• Other tasks that may be assigned to you from time to time as directed by the Support Manager.
• 1 year of technical training (A+/Net +) preferred and/or 1 year of related job experience such as networking, internet system troubleshooting, broadband applications/configurations
• IT Support: 1 year (preferred)
• Driver's License (required)
• Strong analytical, evaluative, and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external customers

- 10 hour shift; 4 days/week

- An average work week will be 40 hours.
- Depending on the project(s) or the workload, you may be required to work additional hours at overtime rates.
