Before becoming a technical recruiter, Chris spent over 15 years working as a mechanical engineer and then as a technical sales professional at Fortune 500 companies. He is known as the go-to guy when all attempts at recruiting engineers and developers has resulted in no new candidates.
Chris has a Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The University Of Texas at Austin and an MBA from The University of Colorado at Denver, along with AIRS Professional Recruiter Certification, AIRS Social Sourcing Certification, and over 9 years of full-cycle/full-desk technical recruiting experience.
