Facilities Maintenance Technician (ONSITE)
Description
Seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician for a full-time/perm/onsite position located in Savery Wyoming. The technician will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining the property and facilities. This hands-on position requires strong technical knowledge and a solutions-oriented mindset.
Please Note
- This a full-time position, not a contract job
- This position is ONSITE and is not remote
- This position requires someone to live ONSITE year-round
- Must relocate and live onsite
- All housing, utilities, and meals are paid for by the employer
- Offered starting salary is $50k to $55k per year
Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain front and back of house mechanical systems
- Ensure optimal performance of all heating, plumbing, electrical, appliance, and all other systems
- Perform all routine maintenance and service according to schedules
- Respond to all requests for maintenance and customer service
- Use MaintainX for maintenance schedules and maintenance requests
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of hands-on maintenance experience (preferably at a resort)
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of plumbing, heating, HVAC, and electrical systems
- Willingness and ability to respond to after-hours, on-call service requests
- Able and willing to work inside and outside in various weather conditions
- Valid drivers license and good driving record
Preferred
- Certified Pool Operator experience; certification training available for the right candidate
